CARDIFF CITY NEED TO DO THIS ON SUNDAY ?

A friend of mine Tony has asked Vince Alm to speak to the club about putting on a Welsh male voice choir or something similar on for Sunday to whip the crowd up and put the fear of God into Reading.

Can you imagine the Bluebirds coming out to the Zulu movie theme and then the choir banging out Men of Harlech - which our lot sang at Hull - and Cwm Rhondda. Raw emotion.

We must seize the nettle now on a day Cardiff City can secure their financial future and, as importantly, bring back the lost generation.

This time we go up in BLUE - not that stupid allien red.


We need to ditch that stupid rap crap music and return to our Welsh heritage.

I'd love to see a proper Welsh choir belt out Men Of Harlech with us, and few other hymns to get it going early on.

Agree with the blue/red thing obviously, it was all a blur last time...but I'll never, ever forget SuperKev in our corner of the Ninian, whole place went mental, what a joy.

I think we just need to delay "Men of Harlech" until the players actually come out on to the pitch, instead of 5 minutes earlier. The Welsh stuff is great for the fans but we don't have any Welsh players, whereas Reading do! (Gunter and Edwards!)

Agree, but this will be to whip the fans up to help the players, they don't need to be Welsh players, they will feel ten foot tall knowing that all the fans are behind them and willing them to win !!!!

I think it would be great if we had a few supporters bands in the crowd as they do on the continent replete with drum, trumpets and trombones and get them playing true Kairdiff songs like Little Pick and Shovel. Let's keep it unique!

Get the soldier involved as well as when we played Leicester in the play off semi final they scared the shit out of their players in the tunnel and when they were warming up.

If the CCS can do what we did at Hull it will be bouncing loud and MoH will be more than enough.

No gimmicks are needed, the atmosphere will be superb if the fans do their 'job'.

Some well rough Blaina cheerleaders to harass the away side as they come out the tunnel, all pissed up. Cheap option that. Get em all down on an Edwards coach, with the promise of 2 gallons of malibu and coke each if they belt out Goldfinger.

If everyone knew the words to MoH i wouldn't have to put forward sensible options like the above.

The more fuss we make the more likely that it blows up in our face. Just play it like any other home game ffs. The fans will do their job and hopefully the players theirs.
