If we do go up this season automatically, or via the playoffs, then Warnock has to be the best manager we have ever had. The football hasn’t been pretty at times, but the fact he has got us to where we are on a small budget is a huge achievement. He has also gone through something no other Cardiff manger has dealt with, and that’s uniting the whole club again. If we do go up, this will feel much more special than the time before. :ayatollah:

Couldn't agree with this more! :ayatollah: :notworthy:

What Neil Warnock, his coaching team and his players have done after recent seasons/managers, the financial restraints and the huge negativity surrounding the place, what has ALREADY been achieved is nothing short of miraculous!

The club has been galvanised and finally everyone is pulling in the same direction. If the dream is achieved at approximately 2:15pm on Sunday 6th May 2018 then (IMHO) Neil Warnock will deserve every accolade that will surely come his way!

They say there is a certain element of 'luck' in football but maybe it should say 'charm' after the decision to choose Neil Warnock over others. For me, he is already the greatest manager we've had since Edie May and in similar style...

Cometh the hour, cometh the man...and his name is NEIL WARNOCK! :ayatollah: :notworthy:

Regardless of Sunday he has been IMMENSE. He has given us back our identity and dignity as a club. I loved Malky despite the aftermath but this guy and his team have taken it to another level. :bluebird:

One thing has has done is set an all time record for points won in a season for our club, 89 points, beating the previous record of 87 points set during our promotion season of 2012-13. And we ALL hope that record is broken again on Sunday when we win.

Just as impressive is that we have already set a new record for games won during a 46 match season with 27 victories, our previous record was 26 wins during season 2008-09. Also if we keep a clean sheet on Sunday we will equal the lowest number of goals conceded during a 46 match season with 39, that record was set in 1998-99.

A record breaking season which will be complete when we win on Sunday.

The football may not be pretty at times but the team never stops till the final whistle that's Warnock's influence.
The crowds have remained below what they once were despite the spirit of the club being so much better than what it had dropped to
Hopefully we can continue to move forward on all fronts and into the premiership

You also have to factor in the amount of injuries to crucial players that he had to deal with
The man is a genius
All hail Sir Neil Warnock

Some will still say Malky was better!

Warnock is a great. He’s the last of the old guard. Legend. The manager all the other teams love to hate, but secretly want to be managed by. The rest is his magic touch, and he proves at 69, that his passion and sublime coaching skills/man management, and ability to extract extreme value from the transfer market, are as good as ever. Best signing ever at CCFC? Warnock of course.

In fairness Malky did do something similar... when he first arrived we only had 8 contracted first team players

The football is what we get when a manager assess what he has and works to their strengths. We don’t have players to pass it around fast and accurately like wolves and Fulham. We have players that are hard working and tough but have an eye for a goal. We got frustrated with the football under slade but Slade picked a system and told the players to adapt. Warnock made a system adapt to his players.
