Mendez-Laing

The finish from Morrison was on another level, but the 9 touches from Mendez-Laing before that were class aswell. Not at his best every game but he is something else when he wants to be. Noticed on the extended highlights that Ralls led a group of players away from Mendez after the goal and then just nodded at him after going to congratulate Morrison. Probably nothing!

When Mendez plays well, the whole team plays well. Let's hope he's firing on all 6 on Sunday!

Ageee. It’s the pace that scares them. When he and Hoilett play well we give someone a thumping (Leeds, Villa)

For me Mendez is the winger we have been craving for years. He is strong, pacey, not a bad touch and can finish - just think of some of the finishes earlier n the year where he cut in from edge of box....

I rate him and think he is a must for the teamsheet (assuming his head is in it of course)

Always said this. I think the prem will suit him as he will have more protection from refs.

Sorry guys but nowhere near premier league class he had a cracking start but I think he's been very poor since. If we go up we need to strengthen big time imo.

First five games he was the best player here, with Zohore and Hoilett they were unplayable.
It has taken him a while but after his injury, he is getting towards his best, I think he will be fine on Sunday he plays better after a rest and not Tuesday Saturday games, which is our weakness.

I think we seem to have an issue with rushing players back to soon, in my opinion it seemed NML, Zohore and Gunnerson were all rushed back and their form struggled because of it, then as you would expect from our fans they were all written off as useless

If we do go up hopefully Warnock will get some cash to get some good deals in as were already aware hes good at that. Dont think Laing is good enough for Premiership myself.
