' Update on Season ticket sales '

Neil Warnock said we had sold over 16000 ST a couple of weeks ago...i heard it had risen to close on 17000 before the Derby away game...no idea what it is now...but would guess fans are buying them this week...we have to give away allocation of 3000 leaving approximately 29000 home seats about 2000 of which are coperate so about 27000 and I dont think that clubs are allowed to sell 100% of the stadium to ST holders...probably have to keep 2000 for pre match or match day sales etc.so i think ,but am not certain that we can only sell around 25000 ST's

If we are lucky enough to go up they will fly out in my opinion so if you are thinking about it DO IT ...this week

Even if we fail they are priced cheaply and you can pay in instalments and you will see 23 home games instead of 19 in the top flight

Dont wait until its too late...Reading tickets flew out in no time ...having a season ticket saves you so much hassle and if you cant make all the games i am sure someone will take it off your hands for a few quid...i might even ask the club if they would allow fans to call the club and resell their seat if they cant nake the game and credit the fan with money back or something

Great news Corky, yes its well over 17,000 season tickets sold for next season, so no matter what happens City will have good home support next season :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

If promoted I reckon we will have 25,000 season ticket holders next season :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: :blue scarf:

To be fair the prices are fantastic £49 under 16's & £99 Students & Under 21s :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluescarf:

Corky,

West Ham sell 52,000 Season Tickets out of a 57,000 seater stadium

https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/201 ... weeks-kick

So I don't know what that equates to the CCS. But more than 25k I'd say

They allowed this last time we were in the premier league. I think, from memory, they credited your account and you could use that credit towards a season ticket for the following season.

Re: ' Update on Season ticket sales '

I'm sure it's 80 %of the capacity they are allowed to sell

That would be great

There are not any £49 or £80 junior tickets left other than a few single seats so if you want to sit next to your child minimum for u16’s now £150

Do you think they will open one more family stand block? Obviously with stadium being bigger away end needs to be bigger than last time in prem

On that basis we could sell 30,592. Although i don't know how many we have to give to away fans, that may affect that figure. And segregation obviously.

I would check the ticket site everyday or give them a ring whenever you can i am sure they will release a few more but not certain

I bought mine and my lads season tickets lunchtime today (he is under 16).

I was told there are just a few single seats left in the family stand. I paid £49 for him in the ninian.....first few rows still have these seats available.....but they will not be there for long.

The fact that Warnock has said that if it goes wrong this season that we will have another go next year makes the Season Ticket sales that much better

My thoughts exactly. People are forgetting there's a game to WIN. As we know anything can happen in football. still gutted about letting the Derby game get away from us.

Yes but no matter what happens, something good has come out of this season, our attendances are guaranteed to be up next season :thumbright: :bluebird:

i am not forgetting that...we are all hopeful now we are at home and in with a great chance but we all know its far from done yet

They could do with opening more up for season ticket sales this week. There's very limited choice at the moment.

Re: ' Update on Season ticket sales '

Mon Apr 30, 2018 3:05 pm

I think in the premier league the ruling is minimum 10% of capacity or minimum of 3000. Whichever is the lowest. However as previously mentioned we have a game to win first before getting carried away.

Well said Corky.. one thing our players, management and fans cannot be criticised for is overconfidence...unlike certain Wolves, Villa and Fulham happy clapper fans we as a club are fully aware we are not promoted yet.

Hopefully the players have got one more big performance left in them and the fans do their bit to get us over the line

This is Cardiff City we probably won't make it easy for ourselves :old:

Went down to buy a family of 4 end of March and none left. I asked would they be selling the family tickets in another stand and was told no. Oh well

£150 still very cheap. Credit to the club.

Looking at current season ticket sales, even the corners of the Ninian are now moving in sales.
Take away the grandstand and there won't be many left by the weekend.
Canton already sold out and Ninian around 20 seats left.
With only 118 left to open , there are going to be many supporters waiting on the Ninian upper to be opened up for purchasing a season ticket if we go up.
Whatever happens we are looking at a much improved attendance next season probably 23k plus at least, even in the championship.
Anybody sitting on the fence should consider purchasing now to make sure of a season ticket at current prices.
I'm sure you can always change seats as more of the ground is opened up.

how many season tickets did we sell for this season????

Re: ' Update on Season ticket sales '

Not sure but when e ticketing sales went on line for each match , the corners were virtually unsold and also wings of ninian, plus lots of tickets to choose from in both ninian and canton stands.
Same could be said for the family stand as well.
Have to remember that we have 2k corporate, these will sell out without a doubt if we go up.

As far as the corporate is concerned we will surely open up the upper ninian stand as well for next season??? (if we go up of course)
