The difference between zohore

Form last year compared to this year?

What do you think it is? Second half of last season he looked absolutely unreal at times terrorised defenders. He stated that form into the start of the season but faded.

Today he didn’t look much better than madine from watching the whole game.. I still think and would love for him to get that form back. If he played like last year in the prem he would be such a quality player and do really well imo

Don’t get me wrong he hasn’t been terrible and showed has had some very good game also

No Connolly, No Whitingham
Plus the style of play is alot more "route one" this season that it was last.
Connolly & Whittingham I think you may find was the last player to give the ball to Zohore before he would turn and charge towards goal from the halfway line and find the net in a one on one situation.

I mean, look at it, he hasn't REALLY had many 1 on 1 situations this season and if he has, it's often been at a tight angle trying to follow through from a whipped cross from the wing.

Zohore is best when the ball is played to his feet, give him control QUICKLY so he has time and space before he charges.

This season he either gets the ball lumped up to him to chase (which let's be honest defences are smarter than to let a fast 6'4 "Target man" enough space to get past you) Or he gets it to his chest, which is often riffled at him so his touch is never going to be perfect.

It's the main reason why I think he'll thrive in the prem, because there will be games where we will have no option but to play it to our strikers feet.

Here's hoping we get to the prem to atleast prove I'm wrong.

I think if he could thrive in the PL, he would already be there. He is not exactly new to the the game.
