Does this make sense???

We now have the scenario that both Reading and Birmingham are intrinsically linked and may need points to survive at the expense of the other.

This is if Burton and Barnsley have worldies next week.

However Reading's goal difference is much better than Birmingham's

Which means.......

If Birmingham are beating Fulham then there is no problem in us succumbing to Reading pressure and them winning.

WE GO UP.

If Fulham are beating Birmingham then Reading will be safe and are more likely to succumb to our pressure and we win.

WE GO UP.

The good news, this doesn't work the other way. If we are beating Reading then Birmingham are still not safe and still need to put the pressure on Fulham.

I know we just need to win but it's good to know that, with the games affecting each other this much, the scenarios above are in our favour.
