IF WE GO UP.......

How on earth could we compete when we can't string more than a couple of passes together against ANY team ?

When we were last promoted to the PL, I had no such concerns and at first we gave a reasonable account of ourselves until the rot set in.

Of course I want us to go up but how would it be possible to survive playing the way we do? I don't think it would be feasible to successfully change our style of play from one season to another, not that NW would even consider it.

A quandary for a football brain far more advanced that mine I'm afraid. Who'd be a football manager !

they will play into the hands of the prem teams, by trying to be like them.
We have built a strong defence, and you build on that. We would need about 4/5 players i'd say. 2 strikers, 2 midfielders and a keeper. (etheridge will miss a good few weeks on international duty)

Basically look at Burnley and stoke (untill they tried changing)

Don't agree. Wolves I think could. Be top 10 with more investment. Fulham have loads of loans but a decent manager.

Agree with Op we. Will struggle to stay up. I'm not bothered just want promotion for club to reduce debt.

If and a big if we go up, I hope we keep the core of this team together because we are so spirited. Just a few bits of added quality with PL experience to add.

Agree we get this right and we could comfortable be mid table ,look at Burnley they play similar to us just need to use the wings more

We are not going to be competing against the man u and Chelsea of this world our aim is to be better that three other teams in the league. Dont think we should be too worried by the Brighton Swansea and Huddersfield
