Penalty Prize

Only just watched the game back off my recording..Interesting the little bits you can't see when live.
Listen we gave as good as we got on Friday. and all be it from some poor finishing in the first half could
have been at least two up. Bamba normally scores that header on 4 minutes, Bennett needs to use his right foot to put that
wing back chance away. Their keeper pulls offa wonder save from an excellent Wildschutt free kick, which, if a little higher
would have beaten him.

Great tactics from Warnock kept them well at bay, until the game opened up after their superb free kick put them in front.
Personally, Zahore could have come off sooner, and after his heroics last Monday, Pilkington deserved more time. He had 9 minutes plus injury time, and still almost got us a point or could have won us the game with the first penalty. For me he works better with a big man than the two together (for another day)and is a livewire in and around the box (possible penalty taker too)

Onto the penalties, and very surprised Gary Madine took the first? Still, listening to the manager afterwards, that won't happen again.
Junior's second was a coat of paint away, but that's football. I only wish they would take more of a run up, to commit the 'keeper, it's mind games and those extra few paces....

Onwards and with that spirit we can clinch automatic, it's still very much in our own hands. Just hope Paterson is ok as he is
a key man in our side..going forward. Villa look out! :bluescarf: :ayatollah: :bluebird:
