Gary Madine

Good old fashioned centre forward.
Makes a nuisance of himself, gets the knock downs and draws two centre halves in for high balls. Played a minimal amount of minutes for us and in most of those he's had the shit kicked out of him.
FFS cant we give this guy a chance, he cost a paltry 2 million in a highly inflated January window, it may go to 6 million with the caveat of promotion, (personally I don't think it will be that much as I think the Bolton chairman used that figure to get the locals off his back). He had the bollox to take a pen and went for the bottom corner and the keeper guesses correctly, come on he probably is absolutely gutted as much as Junior was. Nows the time to get behind him not on his back. Come on guys, it's there for us if we want it.

I agree with you, I think he is a very hand acquisition he gives us that different dimension off the bench. What wolves done well against us last night is they would wait for our attackers to commit to the header and then they’d drop off to cut out the flick on. The thing that has annoyed me the most about the Gary Madine slating since last night, is his penalty miss. At least he hit the target which is more than Junior done. But as usual our fans always look for a scapegoat, I thought we played well enough last night to warrant a draw. But all this slating is unbelievable. I suppose I shouldn’t be shocked it happens everytime we lose.

Hasn't been given any opportunity to be consistent as only used as a sub! Not surprising he looks our sorts but having said that he does make a difference upfront even If doesn't score. :old:
