NEIL WARNOCK SPEAKING TO SKY SPORTS

NEIL WARNOCK “ I USED STRONG WORDS AND MEANT EVERY WORD “

NEIL WARNOCK:

Sky: You know better than anybody, football’s a game of emotions. There were some scenes at the end which could perhaps be described as disappointing. You were certainly disappointed that Nuno didn’t shake your hand. He’s been out here and apologised, not only to you, but also to Tony Pulis where he did the same thing last time. What are your thoughts on that?

Warnock: They are not printable on Sky. I don’t accept it at all. I think it’s totally out of order, a total disgrace. I used strong words and I meant every word of them. He’s got to learn in the British Football game, you have manners. You have a bit of class when you win a game. He’s got to learn that I’m afraid.

Sky: He says he’s going to knock on your door and try and make the apology, will you allow him to do that Neil?

Warnock: I don’t think I’ll go in my office after, until he’s gone. I don’t want to see him tonight. I’m disappointed in him. I thought it were a great game and it didn’t need to end like that.

Classless Neil, that's why nobody aside from us likes you or us. Move on, dust yourself down but stay classy. Still rather be us than Fulham.

Warnock may have reacted a little too much but I feel he has a point. I felt their reaction at the final whistle was way over the top and disrespectful. They’ve won 3 points, nothing more.

Warnock has been great this season and I love his passion. I didn't mind his reaction immediately after the game, but later when Nuno had apologised he should have accepted with grace and just say "I hope he has learned a lesson." His later reaction was poor.
I am sure Neil has done plenty of things in the heat of the moment that he has later regretted! :bluebird:

Agree here, Nuno was the same at Boro on Saturday. Severe lack of class.

If Nuno has done it before he's not learning is he and saying sorry is just a quick get out for him.

How many times should we accept his apology if he's just going to do it again.

With Neil on this one.

I agree buddy, I’d hope at 69 years of age I will be tolerant. Not classy from Neil tonight!

He's done it before and apologised for it and as shown tonight not learnt from it So for me he can go f##k himself.

What they did at final whistle was utterly classless you'd think they'd been promoted or won a cup.

If itd been Cardiff of yesterday there'd have been a riot following that.

So you think the wolves bench storming the pitch after the whistle and failing to at least acknowledge the opposition is OK. That's interesting.

Trouble is he hasn't learned as done it twice before? What the whole support staff did was wrong it wasn't promotion wasn't winning a cup it was just a win? prancing about like headless chickens is very undignified and not shaking hands is unsporting regardless of situation

Their manager is a prick kicking the dug out when we got the penalty. He was a like a little child. How’s he going to manage in the prem when they’re under the spotlight of the tv cameras even more. He did the same with Pulis last week not shaking his hand. Classes

Classic Warnock, deflect the home defeat and two missed pens to him and their manager.....That's why he is so effective.
