Ray Wilkins tribute
Some lovely words from Neil Warnock on the late Ray Wilkins in his programme notes.
Neil Warnock:
I’d like to end my notes tonight by paying tribute to Ray Wilkins who sadly passed away earlier this week.
We’re having a minute’s applause ahead of the game for a man who I knew for many years.
I don’t know anybody who ever had a bad word to say about Ray and the nicest thing about him was whoever he met, and whatever problems they had, he always looked for the positives to say about them.
Ray, you’ll always be a winner in my eyes. I’ll miss you greatly.”
