Online ticket help please

I'm a ST holder but just bought online ( for the first time) for my son who is a Gold Member. It says tickets will be posted out, but I'm unsure, with the game on Friday, whether the ticket will turn up. What's the normal procedure in situations like this?

On club statement says any tickets bought after 3pm 3rd April will need to be collected

I don't think they'll post it now. They normally put members purchases onto the gold card and apparently you use it like your season ticket. I cant vouch for that bit as I've lost mine and always have to queue for a paper replacement. You better get there early as it could be chaos. Try ringing but apparently its difficult to get them.

It might be worth going to ticket office if you live nearby today or tomorrow morning to collect if they haven't posted them out. Otherwise I'd go early to the match as it's going to be rammed down there Friday!

My grandsons has always been loaded on his card without fail, just make sure you have the confirmation email from them that you purchased his.
