Should we go up how much should our transfer budget be and what would be the value of our present squad?

Not an issue, as I think our players will be shopping at better stores than Premier, if we get promoted, fella!

Id like to think it would be somewhere between 30m and 40m, but maybe I'm being a bit optimistic and naïve thinking we'll spend anywhere near that sort of money again. I dunno with the way the market is these days, thats not really a lot of money

I trust Warnock more than malky not to waste our money, good use of the loan market would do me don't have to spend big jyst need the right players in that will play for Warnock

I think 20 million should be enough bringing in a couple of strikers maybe Cambell is one

Campbell
If we signed him today he'd be 4th choice
1- Ken
2- Madine
3- Ward (if fit)
and we have Bogle out on loan.
Since Frazier left us at the very first opportunity (600K release clause) he has scored 10 first team goals thats one more than Paterson has in half a season from midfield.

Yep, learn the lessons from last time and spend 50% of the transfer budget on a proven Prem striker.
You can get by with good solid defenders and midfielders but you simply have to have a quality goal scorer.

Agree 100% I would love Tom Cairney though or maybe Ryan Woods

Not sure where the Fulham money is from but is Tom Cairney on £50K a week ?
A right back with an eye on the future but for me one of the new recruits needs to be a dead ball specialist. Some of the defending of corners in the premier league is poor and if you have Sol, Paterson and Morrison in the box there needs to be top class delivery. Snodgrass (not suggesting we get him) deliveries of corners yesterday was awesome

I’d like to think we wouldn’t spend too much. Let’s cash in, pay off debts, keep the solid unit we have and if we do go down at least it won’t be a shambolic sell off and depleted team spirit again. Maybe come straight back again. Look at Burnley, they haven’t spent big.
