I wouldn't label him a cheat over the handball. Clear infringement bizarrely not spotted by the officials. He exaggerates / dives frequently but he feigns injury just about every time he goes down. That's what gets me the most with him - complete cheat.
The cheater tonight was Hutton and the referee 100% conned. They gained a free kick from which they could of scored. I thought there now was some retrospective action they could now take on blatant simulation. Would this incident be treated as it was as clear as you'll ever see ?

it doesnt apply in open play unless it results in a pen or it gets apponent sent off!
