R.I.P Bobby Fergueson

A good solid full back in the 60's, the older generation will remember him well

RIP. I remember him well. Our regular full backs then were Bobby Fergueson and Graham Coldrick.

Yeah, Dave Carver another great from that time. Also, Steve Derrett.
But yes, RIP Bobby a great player of his time.

I remember him and Graham Coldrick both scoring against Hereford I think. It had the Echo looking in the record books as it was unknown in those days for both full backs to score in the same game as they rarely ventured past the half way line.
