Season ticket

i cant get the ticket office to answer on the phone.i have tried to renew my season ticket on line but once ive logged in i can find the option to buy my seats i got this season. It only says buy the seats for you or choose yourself, no option for picking the seats i currently have. Must be doing something wrong?help..

I did it online earlier with no problem, go to choose yourself option, then go to your current seat/s click on them, then pay

How do you sync your online account with your current season ticket ? Mine is giving me the option to buy but I cannot got the seats that I have at the moment..
