I sent then an e mail a week agora ask them a question but got no reply.Decided to ring them this morning and had a 02920 number but when I rang it was told it would cost me 3 pence a minute plus network charges Waited on
I line for ap 8 to 9 minutes and couldn’t get through .Was ringing enquiring about renewing season tickets.KEEP hearing on this site about more people should attend etc and asking reasons why they do not attend .Well MAYBE the fuss to get in touch with them MIGHT be a good reason why as Cardiff CIty ticket office and sales team do NOT make it easy

Download weq4u app just put in number you want and it will dial an 03 number which is counted in mob allowance even 071 ect are same if they are not it will tell you before it dials number.

Perhaps the ticket office could engage more by setting up an account on here ,then PM responses.

If they don't respond to emails I doubt they will come onto a message board.
I'm surprised actually, I phoned to renew my season ticket the other day at what I would class as a peak time around 1.30pm and got straight through and trust me im quick enough to have a go at the ticket office as I generally find them useless.

Tried ringing on 2 different numbers since and having same response .Afraid I would have to class it as useless.Maybe have to go down there from Bridgend to enquire if I could have a look around the Sytner lounge and see where seats are .If they will letme

I've always found them to be very good. Always call in person, though.

If looking at sytner lounge need to speak to commercial dept they deal with sytner ST not ticket office

Agree they are hopeless on the phone but good in person. I just cant get through on the phone.

I was down by the ground today, about 1 -1.30. There was a queue of about a dozen people outside the ticket office, so looks like it's busy.
Not an excuse, but maybe a reason

The reason is that it’s been absolutely manic down the ticket office, it’s that time of year and the panic has Started. Most people I know are taking five at a time.
