Seriously though - I would prefer a draw to set the momentum back for them both.

Second choice for me would be a Villa win which could get the Wolves bums really twitching again and drag them back into the mix - making two auto places to play for rather than just the one. No matter what the Wolves manager,players and fans said AFTER the Leeds game, you could cut their relief with a knife. Make no bones about it they were feeling the pressure and would have stumbled against a team that would have offerred them a bit of resistance on the night, (which Leeds didn't), and not have given them a couple of easy goals to settle them down. If I am right, Wolves could not only be dragged back in but could fold completely.

Having said all that, our destiny is still in our hands, (especially if we could get some good news on our awful injury list) - win more games that our rivals and we will go up automatically.

Get down the CCS and support NW and the boys!

I hope Wolves batter them with Preston getting at least a draw against Fulham.Best senario of all as the only gap on any city fans mind should be the gap between us and 3rd.

Doesn't matter what score is as long as we win saturday as we gain points on either side whatever the score is, but take a wolves win or draw. .

I would rather see the points gap between us and 3rd place extended, so either a wolves win or a draw. Would be nice to get closer to wolves, but as long as we're in one of those top two spots and there's a healthy gap between us and 3rd...I think that's the best scenario!

Anybody who thinks Wolves will win this fixture are going to be in for a shock, Wolves beat them at home when Villa were dreadful, they're playing better than Wolves are and hate them with a passion, can see Villa putting 2 past them and winning 2-0 or 2-1.

That's the bottom line we win so others need to do so plus more ? Taking Look at wolves fixtures to end season think wolves win is best.

For me the ideal results tomorrow would be:

City Win
Villa - Wolves Draw
Preston win

That would be the best of all worlds. We would increase the gap on Villa and Fulham by 2 and 3 points respectively and close 2 on Wolves so keeping us in the hunt and also maintaining our gap on Preston. Significant psychological value in those results and also our goal difference would be improved on the rest of the leading pack. One can only hope!

Not bothered if we finish as champions or runners up. For me, as long as we either better or match the result of the team in 3rd place, that will do just nicely.

Best result for us would be Wolves to beat Villa. If we can also beat Villa in a couple of weeks I reckon that will knock them out of the race for a top 2 finish which just leaves Fulham to worry about!

100% a wolves win for me. A villa win and the gap is still 4 points, a draw 6 points and a wolves win 7 points. Obviously these points gaps are if we win. So with a wolves win we would have to have at least 3 worse results than Villa. And over 10 remaining games that’s quite an ask.

Wolves can win this one, their next two away games are Borough and Us so hopefully they can drop some points there.
