BrentfordB saw their match with Swansea City abandoned in the second half today

The area is bad

Can't see the game going ahead, its bad here in London and apparently worse on Friday. As Griffin Park is surrounded by small streets, it will be too hazardous in my opinion around the ground.

Just like the good old days when you woke up on a Saturday and were glued to the Frank Bough's Grandstand or Dickie Davies' World of Sport or he radio to see if your game was on!

On many winter weekends the games ON were the exception to the rule and those that were usually had to play on hard snowy pitches with the boundary lines swept (like the other day) and with an orange ball!

In many ways, I loved it but how times have changed!
