Just heard Brian Hoppley alias Hoppy from CWMBRAN has passed away
R.I.P MATE

R.I.P hoppy mate a top man

RIP Hoppy , fly high Bluebird .

Such sad news followed the City for years.

Remember having a few beers with him in Vancouver when the City went there pre season.

RIP fellow Blooooobird.

Very sad news, i got told this afternoon from big dai williams, i first started to go down the city from Cwmbran with brian in the early 70's,he will be a big miss to the city and all who knew him. RIP Brian.

Very sad to hear, I am sure that Hoppy was one of the ones along with me Spike, Billy and a few other who I cannot recall now when we all got arrested in Newbury on our way back from Cambridge game in 83/84. Fighting withdrawal from Newbury town centre. We left the Rose and Crown on the friday night

Very sad, in shock now. I'm sure I saw him at the game on Sunday. Couldn't speak as needed to get to toilet.

RIP Hoppy, you will be missed by so many. Followed the City everywhere. Gutted when I had the message yesterday. Up with your brother now, shouting down at the club you both loved.
