Derby away.

Mon Feb 26, 2018 6:29 pm

Hi guys. Looking to go to derby away. Will be taking my little ones. I know it's a bit naff but do u think it's ok for us to just sit in the derby famiky stand? Or frowned upon?.

I don't think it'll feel particularly comfortable watching a game this important in another team's stand to be honest. Can't see us selling out away so there will be plenty of space to sit. There won't be any trouble if you do sit in the family section though.

best thing is to ring the club and ask if/when they might open up sales to general public.

Ok cool. Do u think they will?? Because Iv noticed that even if we don't sell out, often they never open to general admission

Phone and purchase a membership - I think they are 10 / 15 quid :thumbright:
Kids may be cheaper

Memberships are now £ 10 adult and a fiver for kids. That does give a couple of quid off a ticket for home games although I don't think that saving applies to the family stand. If we don't sell out then it almost certainly will be pay on the day - Derby has been for a number of years. The only thing with pay on the day they often revert to full match day prices even when there's an offer on. I may have 3 spare, family members who may not be able to make it. I probably wont know for week or so but if want to bide your time. Clearly you will need tickets together if your taking little ones. I'll have a word with some of my mates at Brentford on Saturday to see if I can get some others.

You can only get 1 ticket for each membership. This is the very reason why they need to relax that rule but I cant see it happening anytime soon.
