Saturday 3pm

Up to and including the Wolves game we will have had 8 home games at 3 on a Saturday with Reading on the last day a Sunday lunchtime it means we'll have had 8/9 Saturday 3pm home games all season.
This must of had a effect on attendance plenty of people make a day of it on a Saturday.

Not on a sat have parks footballer's free and those otherwise busy with kids and wives! Others who can only make it on a sat are far fewer than above! ST holders always counted so they don't come into equation really.

I was just looking it looks like it’s happened to the majority of Championship clubs and in the Premier it’s even less.

Suppose it's just the way modern football is, might get a few more in the Premiership because we'd be the unfashionable team.
Do believe you get bigger crowds on a Saturday just compare the Bolton and Boro games felt a lot more there at Boro

First we had 27,000 for Leeds game on a Tuesday night
2nd we had 32,000 for Man City on a Sunday
Both live on Sky.

For many fans in South Wales its about who the opposition is, Not the day, time etc as proven over the years.

Boro a far bigger name than Bolton and brought 3 times as many fans as Bolton, plus we had just beaten Bolton and went up to 2nd place again.
