" JOE RALLS BADLY INJURED? "

Joe ralls outside corporate entrance yesterday. He had his left leg in a knee brace.

A City fan called Rhys asked him what happened he said he didn't know, was waiting on a scan. When he asked if he was good for Brentford away as he was our engine in midfield he said he hoped so.

Slightly worrying as he is bossing midfield currently. Without him I feel we may struggle as Ralls is well underestimated by many.

He was holding his leg for last 5 minutes or so and struggling

If Ralls is injured it'll be Grujic Damour and Paterson / Bryson.

Don't think there's much to worry about. We may even go 442 :thumbright:

He is one of the first names on the team sheet so we will miss him (great season so far). But doesn’t mean we can’t cope tho.

A rest won’t hurt him, we got very good cover in midfield, speedy recovery hopefully but don’t risk him Saturday.

Gunner is looking at grass ... just looking ... not treading on it. :(

Ralls really has stepped up this season, never been his biggest fan I just feel like he takes the easy option a lot in the past and feel like he doesn't believe in his own ability sometimes.. just looking at his goal v Sunderland and his run for the goal Sunday he has a lot of energy and takes up good positions in attacking areas.

It's was me who Annis refers to in the post who spoke to Joe. He seemed optimistic, but if it's ligament damage he could be out for a while.

Damour alongside grujic and patterson would do a job, but the way Joe has been playing he could be missed in the same way Morrison is/was.

Agree with this, as he's growing in confidence he's doing all the things we know he's capable of but rarely done before. Credit to the way he's been coached recently I think..

Absolutely gutted about this news. He’s a big player and could cost us.

There’s nothing official. Would have thought the press would broadcast it if it were true.

Another example is the goal v Wolves getting into them areas when Hoilett is on the ball, there is a lot of expectation from Zohore sometimes and lack runners that go beyond the striker sometimes like Spurs and Man City, Alli and Son, Sterling and Sane obviously a class above but seeing it from players like Bowen for Hull and Sessengon for Fulham, scoring a few tap ins.
