Familiar face nearly costs under-23s as Kadeem hits the target

It was a pretty eventful game for Cardiff City’s under-23s yesterday, with the young Bluebirds eventually edging their way to a 3-2 win over QPR.

Goals from Mark Harris either side of Kadeem Harris’s strike saw Cardiff race into a 3-0 lead at half-time.

However, they were pinned back after the break thanks to a familiar face.

Jay Emmanuel-Thomas netting twice to set up a grandstand finish, although Cardiff managed to hold on.

The performance of Kadeem Harris is perhaps the main takeaway from the afternoon, although it remains to be seen if he will be in contention for the trip to Millwall on Friday.

JET - has he been injured or just fallen out of the squad?
He was terrible at city

This was a very good game to watch, very open and end to end.

JET has put on a few pounds (& not on his transfer valuation) but took his first goal brilliantly.

Mind you he didn't do much else.

Kadeem did well but the MOM was Mark Harris who had a brilliant game IMO.
