Omar Bogle on being Posh
New loan Peterborough United signing Omar Bogle is pretty pleased to have joined the Posh, and he’s already set his sights on success at London Road.
Omar Bogle:
“Peterborough have been interested in me for a couple of seasons so it’s good to finally get the chance to play for them.
“There were a few other clubs interested in me, but I didn’t need the chairman or the manager to sell Peterborugh to me. I know a lot about the club and their vision so I was keen to join.
“I like to think I can add to what the boys already have. I have pace, I have strength, I work hard, but most importantly I have goals.
“I have work to do to improve as a player, but playing regularly every week will help that. It’s great to be joining another team towards the top of a league.”

i like bogle - i think theres a fantastic player there with the right coaching. i can't see him playing a role if we are promoted, but if we were, i'd loan him out with one eye on the future, like we did with ralls.

Peterborough fan in peace here. How has Bogle been at Cardiff? Haven't heard great things from Wigan fans, but a lot of Cardiff fans seem a little upset with the transfer. Do you reckon he'll do well for us? Cheers, and good luck with the promotion push.

Hiya mate. I was surprised to see that we let him go out on loan. He hasn't had a lot of game time for us following a sending off and some injuries but he scored a few goals and has plenty of pace and power. Hope he does well for you and comes back to us.

I just don’t understand why we let him go out on loan. The only stupid mistake he made was the Bristol game which did cost us in the end, but he played well in the other games and got a few goals. Hopefully he bangs in a few goals for the posh, and comes back even stronger.

He didn't play a lot but when he got his chance he bagged a few goals and looked sharp and quick. Played in the right system he will be a good signing.

Scored one of the best goals I've seen down the City as far as skill and confidence goes - back heels a low crass sideways behind his standing leg, utter class.
Hasn't had a decent run to get a slot really.

I believe he will definitely push you into the play off places.

I’m also baffled as to why he’s gone out on loan. You would say that Madine, Zohore and Pilkington are all ahead of him but does seem odd. If we were going to loan out a striker, I would have thought it would be Healey.
Having said that, Neil Warnock has far more experience and sees the players in training every day so should trust his judgement.

Agree to that. Puzzling one. Id have preferred him to stay but in our manager we have to trust as you say.

I was disappointed to let him go to be honest, I would have played him before Pilks. Hopefully it is only a loan as I think he can still play a part here!

Bogle and Madine up front together would have made me excited
I’m dreading watching Madine and Zohore as the latter is more likely to run into him than score something
