Strengthened?

Have we really strengthened this transfer window to enable us to push on with an automatic promotion bid? Have we even strengthened the areas that needed strengthening?

Ins: Wildschut, Grujic, Feeney all Loans
Potential ins: Ward, Madine, El-Mahnn, Grabban
Potential outs: Tomlin, Bogle, Zohore, Pilkington

Now I don’t see us patting company with Zohore unless we get a player in for him, Pilkington we seem stuck with.

But my issue is I don’t think we’ve addressed our issues, the centre of the park has seen the arrival of young Liverpool midfielder Grujic, but although he has potential is he really the battle hardened to see us through the second half of the season? Also if he turns out to be terrible financially can we drop him and bring a Gunnarsson, Damour or even Halford in?! I’d say no we haven’t or maybe not.

Strikers - for the whole month we’ve been looking at bringing in yet another forward even with Bogle, Meite, Ward, Gounogbe, Zohore, Healy AND Pilkington, I’d theyre no good then sell some ffs, reinvest the cash! As yet our prime target has decided on transfer deadline day that South Wales isn’t for him, and we’ve now looking to scratch a deal for one of the leagues worst teams top striker- smells like a Danny Ward situation here- Danny scored 12 in a rubbish Rotherham side and is yet to show his true worth at the CCS.

Wildschut and potentiallyEl-Mahnn - why do we need another Winger!!! We’ve four/five already if you count Pilks there!!

And then we’re looking at swapping our most talented and creative player whose been wasted for a 31 year old should have been. Losing yet another Central midfielder

What actually are we trying to achieve here?!

If we don’t go up then I can see the Ralls and Morrison’s being picked off and is being left with the dirty dozen.

If we do go up I can’t see us getting any investment!

You wouldn't have thought we strengthened enough in the summer compared to other clubs yet we are still pushing top 2.

Wildschut looks promising and I have high hopes For Grujic

We have certainly strengthener, Medine gives us another option. Like the look of Wildschut and high hopes for the Liverpool guy.
