This has been bugging me for ages !

Before kick off and usually before Man of Harlech, the stadium play a video on the screens with us scoring goals and stuff. The song thats on in the background.. what's it called and who's it by ?

I swear I know it and it's really getting on my nerves that I can't remember!!
