Standing in the best seats/helpful stewards

Had 2 seats in the new stand for the Man City game really chuffed to get them ,all settled and when the game starts eeryone stood up,wonderful my wife can't stand for 90 mins ,there were kids there who couldn't see ,but all complaints fell on deaf ears stand they did and sod anyone else.
Riding to the rescue come the much maligned stewards who moved us and 4 otbers further along in the next block ,can't fault them .
Tbis prompts me to ask why buy one of the more expensive seats with one of the best views in the ground high up , and then stand up

It's likely they would not have been able to get tickets in canton. Not condoning

I went in the middle tier for the first time since the Bosnia game and its a great view. I normally go in 108 so I have no problem with standing or even get up and down, in fact I prefer it.

However if I was taking some clients for a meal and a game of footie at hundred plus quid a throw, I wouldn't expect them to have to get up and down in unison with the lads at the back of the Ninian just to watch the game. So from the point of view of them being expensive, corporate seats for prem football, the design is bollux. There's room to lift it a couple of foot but its now a difficult and expensive operation with the upper tier extending over it.

Grand stand is always a safe bet for sitting if your wife struggles to stand. That aside it's a football ground people are guna be up and down all game it's part of it.
