Hate that 'player protection' nonsense just because your best team at the moment doesn't mean your entitled to special treatment.

As an aside, I wonder how he'd get on if he was in charge of us, with the budget to match?

I'm pretty sure we'd be playing a much different style of football but I always wonder with these top managers whether they'd be able to adapt to the limitations of lower division players.

I suppose Benitez has been an example with Newcastle - a manager who has won the Champions League with top players has struggled when having to deal with players of more limited ability.
