Man City - Blah...Bloody...Blah

Sat Jan 27, 2018 5:45 pm

Fed up of hearing from people how many Man City will score tomorrow or how much possession they will have.
That we have no chance.
It's the FA Cup for pete's sake. It's eleven versus eleven.

Man City don't have a good record in Cardiff. Last time they beat us in Cardiff was 1954
Since 1961 we have played them 10 times on our patch, we have lost just one game!
The last five games
1967 FA Cup it was a 1-1 draw (my first ever City game)
1983 D2 we beat them 2-1
1984 D2 we lost to them 0-3
1994 FA Cup we beat them 1-0
2013 Prem League we beat them 3-2.

The last FA Cup game, that we played the team who were then at the top of the Premier League, Leeds in 2002, we beat them.

So let's start believing. Crank the noise up and see what happens. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

One of the best teams in the world, of course we have a chance, Newport just drew with Spurs, but Man City are miles beeter than all the rest of the Premier League.

Clash of styles, and our pitch isn't great, and full stadium, so you never know ???????????

Don’t care how many we lose by as long as we score first and it’s Morrison as I’ve backed him at 50/1 . :laughing6: :occasion5:

I'm off to the Vale Hotel later where I shall be doing the time honoured ritual of setting the fire alarms off at 3am. I'm also putting six kilos of sugar in the Citeh coach petrol tank. Don't tell anyone chaps.

As usual you look on the bright side- not - if you found a tenner on the floor you would moan that it wasn't a twenty pound note. Just for once look on the bright side!
