Tan Sri Vincent Tan

Surely The Honourable Tan Sri Vincent Tan can see how big a club we are we could be having these crowds every other week?

Really can’t get my head around why he doesn’t pump the money in? The Premier League is the biggest in the world; plus the TV revenue is extraordinary.

The guy could be a lot richer than he already is and it’s mind blowing

If you can tell him how to guarantee Premier League football next season, I am 100% sure he would listen to you.

I wish as I was as thick as him if that is what's required to become a billionaire. ;)

How many clubs have ploughed a load of money into the prem dream and failed.

I hope we don't spend silly money and continue to push to reduce the debt and make us self sufficient and debt free. We can still progress without spending silly money as shown in the last 12 months.

Been there before and look what happened.

For me we are going about it sensibly and trying to live within FFP limits. I honk if I am not mistaken at the end of this season there are going to be a few sides that have spent big that won’t make it and will have to go through the cost cutting measures we did.

If we build a squad this season and next we will be there or there abouts plus the debt will be further reduced. Also any person with a footballing brain knows January is not really the time to buy with over inflated prices.

Slow and steady for me and remember where we have come from

Pumping money isn't the answer. Look at Villa last season as a prime example. The start of this season included. Only now they are starting to become strong contenders

Would'nt get these crowds every other week anyway, we won't be playing Man C every other week even if we are in the PL. Doubt if we would get massive gates for the likes of Huddersfield, Brighton, Bournemouth, Watford and the other less glamorous clubs, unless we were playing one of them on the final day of the season with a result needed to stay up.

Perhaps you could give some advice to Warnock where he is going wrong, and to every other manager we have had in the last 50 odd years apart from Malky. Surprised CCFC have not appointed you in some sort of capacity. They have spent years trying to get to the top, all they needed to do was ask you how to get there. Simples.

Nothing positive coming from you, Steve. I see it looks like you just want to go against everything people post on here. Shame really

i see what your saying, that we are in a good position that might not come around again for a while but there are limits...we have already brought in 2 good players on loan which no doubt are costing serious money in wages...big transfer fees and 3 year big contracts are out due to us losing 15million in revenue next season...so the gamble has to be within reason.
