Flag help

Thu Jan 25, 2018 10:22 am

A few times this season when following City away, I've been told to take down my flag as it doesn't have a fire safety certificate (or something like that?)
Has anyone else had problems? Does anyone know how to get this fire safety certificate so I can bring my "Pantmawr Bluebirds" to Brentford away?
Thanks in advance

I thinks thats just some jobsworth stewards being difficult and anti CCFC, I personally have never sen snyone been asked for a fire safety certificate for a flag in 40 years of following football.

Was this at CCS?

Hmm perhaps you're right then.

No problems at home as I don't bring the flag to the CCS, the last trouble I had though was Fulham away this year. Haven't taken it away since!

Hi. My mate had the same problem a few years ago. He contacted the flag manufacturer who sent him a small patch to sew on that said it met fire regulations and hasn't had a problem since.
Good luck :ayatollah:

You might have a similar label on any settee or armchair in your house. Just take it off there and sew it to the corner of your flag
