Fantastic statement of intent, cant remember when I was so excited about a new player. Is there any chance he could play on Sunday. Not sure how long you need to have signed or indeed whether he's cup tied.

If true he wouldn't be cup tied I don't think he played in their game against Middlesbrough. Not sure but the league rules are about 24 hours before the game I think.

Just had a look at his 10 for Sunderland 2 good finishes some penalties and the others down to being in the right place at the right time may benefit from playing with zohore in a 2 man attack if he signs.

BBC January 19th .Amari'i Bell: Blackburn Rovers sign Fleetwood Town defender.

Blackburn Rovers have signed defender Amari'i Bell from League One rivals Fleetwood Town for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old former Birmingham City youngster has agreed a two-and-a-half-year deal at Ewood Park.

He made 115 league starts for Fleetwood after arriving on a free transfer in 2015, following loan spells at clubs including Swindon Town and Gillingham.

They’re wanting to off load Afobe as well so maybe a case of getting rid before they can bring in?

Can't see Cardiff paying the figures quoted 3-4m then giving him a short contract. Will most likely be 2.5 or 3.5 years
