“ LIAM FEENEY LOAN EXTENDED “

Cardiff City FC are delighted to confirm that Liam Feeney's loan deal has been extended until Saturday, 30th June 2018.

The 30-year old winger initially joined on a temporary deal from Blackburn Rovers on Summer Transfer Deadline Day - and has made thirteen appearances to date for Cardiff City.

As part of this extended deal, Liam is now eligible to take part in the Emirates FA Cup for the Bluebirds.

Not impressed but hey ho, will get behind him for the rest of the season and trust that Warnock can see something in him that I've missed during his time here to date.

He doesn't have the technical ability like Mendez-Laing or Junior but he does put some excellent crosses into the box, especially what he get's half a yard or space in and around the eighteen yard box.

I certainly happy to have him back, give's us another option and we need the bodies at the moment with so many injures.

He’s combative as well and puts a shift in I was massively under awed when he initially turned up but the chances he’s had he’s hardly put a foot wrong

He's played his part in getting us to where we are in the table. Pleased that he's staying for the next six months.

Wonder why we are paying him till 30th June when the season ends 28th May. seems money wasted.

He might be out of contract then and we will have him for nothing ?

He’s ok as a back up squad player which is what Warnock brought him in for. Unfortunately due to our injuries and loss of form by NML he’s played a little more than some people hoped.
I don’t mind him but wouldn’t want him in our starting eleven week in week out - which he’s not.

He brings nothing to the team, surely we could get someone who has an impact on the game.

he's a very limited footballer, but works hard and warnock seems happy enough with him so far. he's probably not costing much so it's not bad news.
