“ Andreas Cornelius “

Fri Jan 05, 2018 3:09 pm

It’s safe to say Andreas Cornelius didn’t enjoy the best of times in the Premier League with Cardiff City, becoming known as one of the most significant flops in their recent transfer history.

He’s enjoyed a turnaround in form at current club Atalanta, but clearly still has strong memories about his time over here, recently telling Gazzetta Dello Sport:

Andreas Cornelius ;
“It’s a different football, and I wasn’t ready physically during my six months at Cardiff. In Serie A, the technical quality and the organisation on the pitch are superior, but the rhythm in England is infernal. If you’re not at 100%, you’ll suffer”.
