Cardif eyeing deal for McGoldrick
By Head of Sport / Media Wales
Friday 4th Jan 2018
It was the ‘Nigerian Messi’ Ogo Obi being linked with Cardiff earlier, and now it is Ipswich striker David McGoldrick who is reportedly sparking Warnock’s interest.
Cardiff have apparently shown an interest, along with Birmingham, for the 30-year-old striker, who deal at Portman Road runs out at the end of the season.
The Republic of Ireland striker had eight goals in 15 games before picking up a nasty groin injury in November.

Please no. Another player on the wage bill who will not contribute to the improvement of the team.

Does anyone have a clue as to who we will sign?
No! The only person who has any idea is Neil Warnock.
A bit of gossip is ok but it seems people are plucking names from anywhere now

McGoldrick was one of the Ipswich players that Bamba confronted when he had his meltdown when getting sent off at Portman Road

Kennedy would be better than Feeney. He has one attribute that Feeney has not got and that is pace. Feeney is a journeyman as is McGoldrick.
And as for Adam, he really is going to bust a gut isn't he to earn his corn? Lazy, over inflated ego and overrated. Warnock has to got to look at better personnel than what we are reading about. he has to accept maybe though he has been unable to sort out central midfield since he arrived. He has transformed some players and brought in some excellent players but central midfield?: Playing Bamba and Peltier there

A very good point.
Not that we haven't signed a number of players who were crocked in years gone by.

Pilks possibly on his way to Ipswich, not sure if he had been offered as part of the package as NW wants any money for a striker!
