First of all I don't believe in any of the transfer rumours. Secondly, my own New Year wish is that Tan has given Warnock enough of a war chest to bring in at least 3 quality signings to augment our squad. Please, please, Mr. Warnock, no more shopping in Poundland. The players you bring in must be to improve our squad; and please, oh please, no more drawn out negotiations to bring these players in. Our competitors seem to do things a lot speedier than us, so now it's over to you Mr Tan and Mr Warnock

I agree with you! no pussyfooting around get the players in this week but only if improving squad.
Having said that I'm not sure we will get what we want as NW appeared to contradict his earlier statement about players coming in.

We get linked with nearly every player in the game each transfer window. We are only four days into January, and I've lost count of the number of names mentioned already. I don't pay any attention until the photograph of the player holding his Cardiff City shirt at the CCS is published.
I don't blame the members of this forum, they are mostly just copying and pasting rumours put out by the press etc.
