Just my opinion on today

Murphy did ok not sure why etheridge was dropped
Connelly turned inside out on too many occasions and was woefully lacking in pace
Manga also beaten for pace too often
Bamba tried really too hard he should have been marking Thier first goal scorer
Ralls looked tired and scared to hold the ball ,over hit passes ,thought his goal might give him a lift but not so
Bennett and peltier played out of position in midfield today ,and hopefully won't be asked to play there again
Patterson offered very little in helping the defence ,must vary the long throw ins ,still not sure of his best position
Holliot had a good game but was not supported enough and had to try too hard
Healy was my man of match won some good aireal challenges ,hold up play was neat ,ran with ball very well ,tired later on after running his socks off
Zohore not sure wants wrong ,seems a bit tentative in physical contact ,not running as he used to ,offers nothing in the air ,and passed the buck to holliot a few times
In hindsight demour for peltier at the start would have been better
Mendez for Healy was the right decision when Healy tired
Not sure why pilks is picked on the bench if he's off soon ,mark Harris should be in his place IMO
How ever we still deserved something out of this game
I hope I'm not coming over too negative
As this was actually a better performance than the Preston game
I have full confidence in Warnock and his team to turn things around
Morrison is the biggest miss IMO
Anyway on to Saturday nice little rest for some I would not mind if he plays the under 23s in the cup

Thought Murphy was very dodgy his kicking is worse than Etheridge and it looked like he lacked confidence.
Zohore very quiet. NML he had zero impact. Connolly looked like he hasn’t played all season !! Oh hang on he hasn’t.
But it didnt take long for a few to have pops a Warnock on here. I find that very disappointing we will get out of this bad run. Always said I was going to enjoy the journey this season if we go up or not.

Very true. It was criminal no one was on the end of that Bamba shot/cross, where did they think the ball was going to go?

I can't recall any of Murphy's kicks going straight into touch which Etheridge does about three times every game.

Also he did one great quick long kick that released Hoilett and almost put him through on goal. Etheridge never releases the ball quickly, even on the rare occasions when our players are actually looking for the ball to be released early rather than turning their backs on the goalkeeper and walking upfield.

He bloody should do ,he was by the d for one of them he's not busting a gut for us atm

Steve zohores strength is defo not in the air

One of those crosses was an absolute beauty right across the six yard box on the floor - unfortunately, Ken was either unable or unwilling to anticipate the cross and was nowhere near the ball.

Great with the ball at his feet running at defenders but is no threat whatsoever in the air and is certainly not a penalty area poacher either. Unusually for a striker, most of his goals come from outside of the penalty area.

Some of Murphy kicks were shocking no worse than etheridge. I think it was poor decision to drop etheridge personally. Especially for Murphy maybe understood if camp
