May have my critics about his post but don't really care.
We nearly got relegated last year, then Warnock had 2 million on transfers to spend. He has done an amazing job.
If we get to the playoffs, then I'm sure we will be in the final as a full house in Cardiff will be the difference.
With Derby and Wolves capable of spending tens of millions, we should be proud of where we are. Tan will be to blame if he doesn't invest in January.
If Tan doesn't invest in quality players in the new-year then we fcuked. Lack of fans coming through the gates etc....
We have the right manager in place, so Tan , invest in him.

Another 30 or 40 million?
Let's just ignore the Financial Fair Play regulations and expect the man who is hated by a proportion of our fan base and "blamed" for everything to put his hand in his pocket yet again whilst the wonderful, loyal fans of the club stay away from the stadium in droves?
I will never forgive Tan for what he did to our kit but that has been reversed and at last he has appointed a proper manager. The club is doing everything it can to attract fans back to the stadium with cheap deals, cheap travel etc but still the fickle fans stay away yet expect him to put his hand in his pocket and spend millions more of his own money when we have spent the last few seasons undertaking massive cutbacks which were vital.
Tan can also be "blamed" for allowing Malky and Ole to waste millions of pounds on shit but as far as I'm concerned, nothing that is happening at the club currently can be said to be his "fault".
You can't have everything in this world unfortunately.

All the hatred and past aside, Tan simply has to make a business decision; invest a few mill now and improve the very realistic chances of making a huge profit come end of the season. Or don't and risk missing out on even the play offs.

he simply can not invest big because of the FFP risks, not so much this season as next when our income takes a 18mill hit and should we fail to get promoted we will still be saddled with the players brought in wages..i figure loan signings..or a couple on modest fees/wages..

I don't think either of us know exactly where we stand within the ffp regs at the moment. I'm just saying he's got a chance here to do the unexpected where as if we were mid table it would be a big risk. I agree about loans tho but any high profile loan may come with a fee anyway. Yes it's adding to the debt, but it's a calculated risk and the rewards could be huge...

Semantics.

If Tan doesn't invest in quality players in the new-year then we stuffed. Lack of fans coming through the gates etc....
