Seemed like more than that from where we were standing. Went up there last year were there were 1,800 and seemed about the same at least. Supporters club alone took 5 coaches.

Every game someone comes on here and says that about our away support.

It comes of the official sites and every few weeks, I match it up with our official programme that confirms our home and away support.

I would love to say it was more, but I can only put out out the official figure :thumb right:

I honestly thought this season we would sell both away sections and take about 3,000 fans there.

Yes there was :thumbright:

I spoke to Vince and every fan who turned up without a ticket and asked the stewards was allowed in :thumbright: :thumbright:

Not one fan was refused, Vince himself got about 20 City fans in :thumbright: :thumbright:

It just was not publicised, but even taking that away with the 100's of City fans living in and around London and tickets were on sale for a few weeks, no reason not to sell out :thumbright:

Arsenal away was New Years Day,NO pay on the day and We sold out :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird:

There was loads of people probably hundreds buying yesterday but there seemed similar numbers selling. The bloke I got mine off had a good stack from people who'd not made the bus but they were gone in minutes. Wasn't aware of any official selling but assumed after Vince's overnight announcement that wasn't occurring. I did pass a good number of Cardiff fans walking away from the away turnstiles with 20 minutes to kick off but assumed they were walking to South Africa road entrance.

What we need on the issue is clear information. If they're going to sell on the day why cant we get a clear announcement from the opposition's ticket office.

I have been saying it for months, our club want to know the virtual numbers travelling and want fans to have memberships, so they don't release thats its pay on the day until the last moment.

I dont agree with City on this and our last five away games have been pay on the day and over all 95% of our away games are pay on the day as we don't even sell half our allocation.

I have put out on FB/Twitter & on here that its pay on the day 10 days before :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird:

In all honestly most fans can work out which games won't be pay on the day Bristol City/Birmingham etc. The ones where the Police feel there might be trouble they are the ones virtually going to be No pay on the day.

All Northern Clubs let us pay on the day :thumbright: :thumbright:

From Reading,Fulham,Norwich,Ipswich etc they have been letting us pay on the day the last few seasons :thumbright: :thumbright:

Vince made sure every fan yesterday who needed a ticket got one :thumbright: :thumbright:

If fans really want to go, they go :thumbright: :bluebird:

But our club don't help our fans on this and I agree with you on this, so i do try to put it out :thumbright:

I am not questioning where you get your info, it just seemed that there were more there. I sometimes wonder how reliable these clubs are with their figures as I find it hard believe we only took a few more to QPR than we did to Forest which was a lunchtime kick off on a Sunday. I bought my ticket on Saturday and there didn't seem much availability. However even if it had been 1800 that's poor given that we took that number last year when were mid table at best. Just like you I thought that we would take 3,000. God knows how few we will take to Sheff Wed and Millwall as they are both on Sky.

:thumbright: Sorry I thought you did not believe what I was putting out, thats why I back it all up with a page from our programmes.

Sky should not be an excuse, other clubs fans don't make 101 excuses like our fans.

Totally agree City should of had 3,000 up there. :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:
