" Not just the defeat "

When we lost to Fulham although i was down i could accept it as they just seemed a better classier side than us BUT losing to PRESTON was different because they were a POOR side and we were even worst playing hoof ball and ping pong and trying not to keep the ball on the floor

I agree that we were dire but they’ve just gone on a 9 match unbeaten run so they must have something.

Preston have a fantastic defence, their captain I think Cunningham is their rock and he makes the difference

Maxwell is also a great goalie as well. Should be playing for Wales.

Agreed. If the lad Moult scores like he was for Motherwell then they could be the other surprise package. Us being the current surprise package as so many wrote us off yet thos forum
Is going into meltdown because we’re in a minor rut of form.

Preston didn't look a poor side to me. They passed well, found space and were a constant threat.

Didn't go to the game, listened to it on talk sport on the way to Gatecrasher.

On the commentary it came across as a typical Cardiff performance of late. Although I believe they were lucky to get the goal, we didn't look like scoring? However they also did nothing to test us up until the goal?

Is that a fair assessment?
