' Alex Neils Reaction After Last Night '

Sat Dec 30, 2017 10:53 am

Alex Neil on Kenneth Zohore:

"I don’t see Cardiff’s form nose-diving, I think they’ll pick up. They’ve missed Zohore, we didn’t see the best of him but I think he’ll get back to full fitness, he scored a screamer last week.”

Alex Neil's reaction:

"It wasn’t a game for the purists. It was rough and scruffy but I felt within the game if there was any football being played, it was by us. But our final ball let us down."

"The second half was much the same and they made a sub to try the game, bringing Hoilett on. Alan Browne was excellent, so was Greg Cunningham and Tom Clarke was great, getting his goal."

"That’s twice now we’ve beaten Cardiff and not many teams will do that.”

Feeney was better than NML who doesn’t look sharp after his injury

I've seen more sharpness and precision in a blunt 2b pencil than NML of late

Fair assessment. I think Neil dropped hoilett with tomorrows game in mind, he looked tired against Fulham.

With the post saying that Warnock is going to change things up for QPR it will be interesting to see which team he picks
