" Neil Warnock's message to supporters "

NEIL WARNOCK:

"I hope you had an enjoyable Christmas, although we didn’t from a results perspective. That being said, I can’t fault the lads for their efforts in the games at Bolton and here against Fulham; those results aren’t going to take the shine off what they’ve done so far this season."

"I’ll say to you supporters what I’ve said to the lads and that’s ‘enjoy yourselves’."

"We mustn’t get too down when results go against us and we mustn’t get too high when they go for us - every side will have its up and downs in this division over the course of the season.”

He's spot on . It's a long season in a mostly very even league.

We've done fantastically so far, enjoy the ride and please stay behind the team , they have massively over achieved and have earnt a bit of patience from us.

One win and we are back in the driving seat.

This team have shown they can bounce back time and time again already- if not tonight then very soon the results will come again for us.

All I wanted at the start of the season is to be 'in the mix', we've been granted far, far better than that.

Come on City !

Wise and sensible words from a seasoned pro manager - a few posters on here could learn from this and not over reactive after a couple of wins or a couple of losses. No need to go on the roll coaster of emotion

Take each game as it comes if we win we win, if we draw we draw, if we lose we lose but move on collectively and take the positives and do that again and the negatives we cut out

Onwards and upwards :ayatollah:
