"They Tried to Destroy Our Club"

I just had this posted to me.
I have nothing but total Respect for their fans
To me these are true football fans and what its all about,not just about the Premier League/glory hunting fans who desert as soon as they get one relegation.
Dave Fielder (Luton Town Fan):
The 30 point deduction by the FA and Football League really tried to destroy our club but everyone stuck with the club for the years in non league with regular attendances of 8,000 + .
"We went through hell for 5 years in Non league Football,but we stuck together and kept going"
Strange thing is we have all benefited by visiting some really down to earth clubs where football is still very real and as they say have that 'old school' feelings still. Our club is run by proper fans of the club .
They allow a permanent reminder in the Kenny Rd ground what we all feel about the FA.

Proper footy club and great to see them high flying in L2, think they have Ex Toon legend Robert Lee's 2 boys in their squad as well

Unfortunately that is the society we live in.
This applies to anything but when a business has its breakthrough the leeches then move in. Football had its major breakthrough with the Sky money. So many clubs have been forced into the wilderness and many more will be following them.

Wolf, Yes them Pompey/Bradford etc real football clubs,still close to their fans

For me Ian, Sky Sports is the downfall of football.

Remember going there once they set a welsh flag on fire in this wooden stand on the side could have had a major tragedy on their hands.

I was there that day, City fans had a right firm of lads and went mental.
