Caulker left QPR

Thu Dec 28, 2017 3:29 pm

By mutual consent apparently.

Steer clear or worth having a look?

No doubting his ability, I wonder if Warnock could work his magic on him ? Although he does seem to have some real personal issues to grapple with.

Might be cheap now and a useful back-up should Connolly or anyone else move out in January.

Unlikely though I would have thought.

Hmmmmm?

Behaviour off the pitch?

I agree, if it wasn't for that he'd be playing in the Prem.

As I say, unlikely but of all the managers around I'd say Warnock may stand a chance with sorting him out. Mind you, he's struggling with Tomlin at the moment

Why oh why would City want to sign him. A player who is totally washed up and don't forget we have great cover in that area

Struggling with Tomlin? :?

I think sometimes people need to look a bit deep than the 'gueswork' stuff they read ;)

Tomlin working hard on his fitness after what was described by those close to him as a pretty harrowing experience with regard to the recent Court Case and it was bound to have an effect

Personally, I've been impressed with what he could offer given a run in the team and I look forward to seeing that as his personal and match fitness improves early into the new year! :thumbright:

As for Caulker? Simply a disaster waiting to happen and best left alone. He's a wasted talent beyond help! :(

Don't think we need any more centre backs.

Harrowing experience, he went to court for something he did....don't go smacking people outside nightclubs then.

Big fan of his but patience is wearing thin now, how long does it take this guy to get fit.

Caulker no chance.

Can’t agree with this Chris.
A few hours in court over a few days, a few hours with his solicitor here and there. Get in the gym in the evenings on those days and push it out like thousands of others around the country.

I’ve also been impressed with what he can offer and hope he improves so he can play regularly, but for me, his weight and fitness issues are a disgrace going into January.

Agree 100% on the Caulker situation.

Totally agree :thumbright:

FORMER CARDIFF CITY PLAYER LEAVES CLUB, SHOULD HE RETURN?

Steven Caulker has left QPR, so maybe another defender for Warnock to consider you know since we are after Cameron Jerome

Sam, Caulker has left QPR because he is a complete and utter waster and we really don't need him back here upsetting the execllent squad atmosphere we have. He caused enough problems 9off the field) last time! :(
