I know 4 fans who wasn't going to bother after looking online but went down and were offered good seating at the ticket office.
Offer the corners to the walk up fans and look after the ones who want to buy season tickets..

Jason, if fans had just popped in there the last 6 weeks or in the next 2 weeks, fans only have to say where they want to sit and straight away they will say yes or no and can find them a seat.
I have never been on e-ticketing, I just asked Carl to find me seats near him in the Ninian Stand and paid just £29 for my daughter seat for 12 Championship games in the Ninian Stand![]()

Annis but i think some potential buyers are or could be put off if they look at available seating online. Not everyone has time to pop down to the ticket office or maybe won't realise that they can go to the ticket office to get better seating than offered online. Why dont the club just put all available seating online for potential season ticket holders and then give whats left to the walk ups that won't always turn up:

You cannot put all seats online as half ST because indevidual seats are sold daily online so will appear unavailable, only way around it is to stop online individual sales for a period of time to allow people to purchase ST seats where there still available

see your point but if you take a look online there is NO availability for half season tickets in 104,105,106,107,108,109,110,111,112,113,114,115,116,117..none?
its not reasonable to think all those sections are full to capacity for the next 2 games.??????????

You’re right they are not full.
All you have to do is pop down there or phone the ticket office and tell them where you want to sit. They’re extremely helpful and they’ll give you the seat you want or one as close as possible to it.
Sod online, it’s not rocket science.

Spot on. A little effort is all that’s needed.

If you really want tickets you will be able to get them.
I moved seats a day before half season tkts went on sale.
Before that, I looked on line to see what was available for upcoming matches and made a note of them. I then went to tkt office and girl on desk was very helpful, i got my seats but had to sit in a diffetent seat for one game.
Another suggestion. Go online, phone ticket office and when they tell you whats available you will have a seating plan in front of you.
Its not too difficult, just needs a little bit of time and effort.
Well worth it though if you really want a seat in a particular area.

This is the whole point why I am getting so Wound up/Sad that fans keep making 101 excuses about our crowds/support, its All Bullshit.
I am trying my best 24/7 & City to promote our tickets etc and the amount of replies of negativity is incredible/excuses.

Annis what i stated above was neither an excuse nor bullshit. Fans who are not regulars or new fans interested in buying half tickets won't know that the better seats are available but they need to go to the ticket office. Most will assume that the shit areas thats on offer is all thats available. I know of 4 new fans who looked on the website and wernt going to bother until i advised them to go to the stadium after my post on here..

I have no interest in why people don't go that's their business but the excuses i see and hear never end.
Whether they cant afford it
Tans rebrand
New stadium
Shit football
To wet or cold
No aggro
And loads more
Whatever the reason if Cardiff got to Wembley 99% of these people wouldn't be using the excuses then..

Not even a matter of tickets being sold for Fulham, my half season ticket was in Canton where there was no tickets shown available online.
Wouldn't be so bad if they said more availability is available in the ticket office on their website too...
As a sidenote, I really wish the club would increase their advertising. Lots of confusion about the tickets amongst people I know, and lots of previously big fans weren't even aware of how well we've been doing these days, assuming that we've been carrying on our boring, terrible form of the last few years. Hopefully crowds will slowly start increasing from now until the end of the season (our crowd has got bigger for each of our past 4-5 home games!), and when we get promoted we'll be selling out weekly!
