Is what often separates some players in the championship to those who play a higher level, this often effects the team performance. We were woeful against Brum and Preston, reading for 60 minutes was poor as have been other matches but we have also had some fantastic performances.
I bring this up because no doubt some will be scratching their heads as to how Fulham are mid table, but the table does not lie. They haven't been good enough during the first half of the season. It's something I often keep an eye on, have also noticed how sides have raised the game when playing us but that's something that has to be dealt with.
It's a long old season, mental toughness will play a huge part. We have a massive test Friday night.
