Is this a fair assessment of Warnock ?

Just throwing this out there, not being judgemental.

Do you think Warnock's limitations as a tactical thinker were highlighted by playing a good footballing team such as Fulham and which could explain his lack of success managing in the Premiership against higher calibre opponents ?

Highly likely.

Probably. He gives us something money can’t buy but you might be right. However, there have been many games where NW has out tacticted other managers.

Dave Jones was the last manager who tactically had us playing football like Fulham and was our best tactical manager but he couldn’t turn us round when we were on a bad run. NW has proven he can get teams to bounce back.

Quite likely.
Warnock strengths are more organisation and man management.
Against Fulham we were completely out played and with our injuries and a few players bang out of form it was difficult tactically for him.

Monday was awful too many injuries and up against a very good footballing side.but over all i think he has been fantastic for us.
and 5wins and a draw prior to the last 2 games having to constantly change and jugle the personel due to the many injuries ..points to tactically very astute? as for his time in the top tier personally ive never thought he was given a fair crack .
