Although I’d love to see bigger crowds, it doesn’t bother me like some people who fixate and seem to be obsessed with it.

If the stadium was sold out every week it would be brilliant but I agree it seems to be more of and issue on here than it should be. Our current crowds are sitting 6th highest of the last 45 years. That is including our premier league season, the season after and the 5 years of Risdale price freeze. I've seen people saying we should be getting 30k today, why? There's nothing to suggest such crowds and I think the amount we are getting is good enough as it is. Although the crowds might not have increased as much, the number of fans turning up seems much higher than last season. The stadium certainly feels fuller than last season

Neil, I stand by the Rebrand has done all this, you were not around so don't really know how badly it hurt the diehard City fans and the infighting.
Yes the crowds were massive in the Prem and on some of the promotion run, but as I have stated many times, most of the extra people were Glory hunters and coming to see the opposition. 100%.
Ok, you tell me why our home crowds are down and awful and away?
Plus how come we only took 1,290 fans to Burnley to win the Championship for the first time in our history?
Pay on the day,NO restrictions and allowed 3,500 fans.
Even I nearly never went.

Actually thought there were more than was announced but it is what it is and sarcastic congratulations to the group in the usually empty seats at the front of 117 who left after Fulham's second goal. You missed the best goal I've seen in that stadium for a while and with the entrance money alone!![]()

It's not that I'm not interested, like you Annis I do like seeing crowd statistics and I do agree that bigger crowds would be great but there is nothing to suggest we should be getting such crowds. As to the IP you are correct. If I do recall my last account was banned due to commenting on the "Proud Jack" account which many posters have questioned about. The reason I made a new account is because I enjoy debating and agreeing/disagreeing with posters on this forum. Much preferred to the ccmb board so I hope you understand my position for creating a new account.

But just because I stand by that our crowds are like 15th best in the Championship, yet We have been Top 3 for 5 months, sarcastic comments are said.
Today was Boxing Day and Our worst home crowd for many years and yes it worries me and to be fair it worries our club.
All season City have been throwing tickets out at Cheap prices, yet the people won't turn up? I could understand if we were bottom, but we have been fantastic on the pitch.
I love crowds/stats and it hurts when our are so low and every club in the land now takes the piss out of them.
If we fall down to say 6th,they should still stay about the 19,600 they currently are including away support.
