Training regime

I've always been interested in a what a typical week for footballer is like. I am sure every club has slightly different regime/routines due to the managers etc but curious to know what Cardiff's are. Are they in training mon - Friday for a few hours per day unless there's a week match, then do they have a rest day?

A busy Xmas schedule coming up - do they train on Xmas day as we have a match on Boxing Day? For most footballers they have a good period of time off during the summer unless it's internationals etc.

All down to the manager mate,think some train xmas morning for a few hours then off in the afternoon.Also the week training (game depending) they'll train most days with a rest day after game day
